1. Introduction

Welcome to Apollo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Apollo provides you with access to large language models and related services such as transcription and text-to-speech.

2. Use of Services

By using Apollo, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the third-party services you access through our app (e.g., Apple, OpenAI, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, Azure). It is your responsibility to adhere to these third-party terms.

3. Data Collection and Use

Apollo uses Sentry to collect crash and exception logs to improve the app’s stability and performance. By using Apollo, you consent to this data collection. For details on how Sentry handles this information, please refer to Sentry’s privacy policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Apollo does not claim ownership of any content you create using our services. All rights to the data you input and outputs you receive belong to you or their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

No Guarantees: Apollo and its Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nature of AI-Generated Outputs: The Services may provide text, audio, or other outputs generated by large language models or related AI technologies. These outputs may contain errors, omissions, misleading statements, or “hallucinations” (fabrications). The outputs are not reviewed, verified, or guaranteed by Apollo or any third-party service provider. You acknowledge that any reliance on such outputs is at your own risk and discretion.

No Professional Advice: Nothing provided by Apollo should be construed as professional advice (including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or other professional guidance). You are solely responsible for verifying any information obtained through Apollo and should seek independent professional counsel before making decisions based on such information.

6. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for AI Outputs: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services, including but not limited to any damages resulting from reliance on, use of, or inability to use AI-generated outputs.

No Liability for Third Parties: Apollo shall not be liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party providers of the Services, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

Your Responsibility: By using Apollo, you assume full responsibility for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any information obtained. You agree to hold Apollo harmless for any losses, claims, or damages resulting from decisions you make based on content generated through the Services.

7. Account Termination

Apollo does not manage user accounts. Third-party services may terminate your access according to their policies if you violate their terms.
